REFUND POLICY: All registration fees are non-refundable. If a participant cancels in a timely manner prior to the event, the Tulsa Curling Club may, in its sole discretion, consider issuing a refund. Any decision regarding refunds, including the amount and form of any refund, is made exclusively by the Tulsa Curling Club and is final.
