Instructional leagues are designed for individuals with no curling experience and provide instruction on the basics of gameplay, strategy, and etiquette. They also provide an opportunity to get on the ice to practice and participate in actual gameplay.

For individuals with no curling experience, participation in an instructional league is required to participate in regular league play.

Typically, we conduct instructional leagues in the Spring and the Fall. Subscribe to the mailing list below to get updates about when future leagues are scheduled.
