Come be a part of the fun as we curl in the shadow of beautiful downtown Tulsa!

- When: December 6th, 2021, 7-10pm
- Cost: $25 per person
- Guaranteed two one-hour games
- You must have prior curling experience to participate
By completing this registration form, I am affirming that I have read, understand and agree to the following:
1. Curling is a sport that involves risk of injury to my person as well as loss or damage to property
2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risk; and
3. I will sign a Participant Release as provided to me by the Tulsa Curling Club and the Oilers Ice Center.
4. I agree to pay my registration dues when I sign up. Anything less will preclude me from participating.
